I'm looking to househack my first multi family property in Florida. I'm self employed for the last 3 years and looking to qualify for an FHA loan. Any recommendations of good lenders in south Florida area that work with self employed? Potentially use rental income from the property to help? Any tips would also be appreciated!

Thanks guys

I’m current new to Real Estate Investing and looking for my first deal. I am in the Los Angeles area and looking to connect.

I am a 24 year old surfer and ready to put it the work and gain all the knowledge I can! If you have any assistant hands on opportunities, even chatting about your experiences, or any advice would be amazing!

Thanks guys :)
