Yes I want to become a real estate investor

I have over 200k in equity in a couple of properties I own. But I feel stuck, don't know how to continue investing I am out of cash to continue to BRRR

I owe a property under a C corporation. I am listed as president of the corporation and able to make decisions on the property. The property is Free and clear

I need to do a cash out refinance but the lender says I have to put the property on my name in order to start the process.

Due to personal reasons, I can not do this. The lender said They can not fund a business.

What other options do I have?

I have a C Corporation, own 2 rental properties on 2020 and I want to purchase another rental property but not using my credit. Instead I want to use the Corporation for the loan. Is this possible?
