Take higher %rate for addition closing cost credit on flippers
I read that if you decide to take a higher interest rate then what you qualify for, you will receive additional closing cost credits for all the increased yield. Would you take the higher interest rate on a house you’re planning to flip and sell in order to reduce closing costs?
