I’m currently looking for people that invest in the Lehi, Orem, Provo, or Springville, UT area to connect with. I’m new to BP and excited to start using some of my sitting $$ to invest in real estate.

I read that if you decide to take a higher interest rate then what you qualify for, you will receive additional closing cost credits for all the increased yield. Would you take the higher interest rate on a house you’re planning to flip and sell in order to reduce closing costs?

I’m just starting out in investing. Looking for a good CRM so I can stay organized and create flow.
