End of construction $$ advice

Hi all! Would love to hear some advice on my current situation: I am at the end stage of financing the construction of  a duplex. One side is our primary residence and other half sold by paying for large part of construction. Problem is, I am short a very small amount compared to the cost of construction ($30,000 - $50,000 out of $900,000- don't know total as we are still finishing with legal stuff and small touchups) wondering if anyone knows of a way to finance the rest? We have a construction loan which is first position, but that's been maxed out.... Any and all ideas welcome! Thanks!
