First time buyer additional financing
Hello BPC!
First time posting and I will keep it short, I have half of the money I believe I need to purchase and flip a home in my area (central Jersey) and am thinking of filling the gap with a home equity loan. Any thoughts on this method and/or is there a better way to borrow 60k-ish?
Appreciate the wisdom!
