Perfect 👌 Time to reach out to some banks.

Thanks!

Thank you Cody! I Definitely will explore those options. In your experience do you need to know exactly what property you intend to buy before you go in, or just find out how much they can offer and base the hunt on that dollar amount?

Hello GPC!

I will be communicating with a new realtor for the first time as an investor. What are some of the things I should ask for, look for and expect?

Hello BPC!

First time posting and I will keep it short, I have half of the money I believe I need to purchase and flip a home in my area (central Jersey) and am thinking of filling the gap with a home equity loan. Any thoughts on this method and/or is there a better way to borrow 60k-ish?

Appreciate the wisdom!
