Agent owner willing to do land contract?
Is this what people are taking about when they say seller financing?
Owner agent says they will do a land contract with 10% down? Does anyone have experience with this? Is this pretty much seller financing?
Is this good a good idea/way of increasing my portfolio without having to tie up a lot of cash?
Thanks in advance for any help!
