Getting a loan for residential property

I am a new Invester in San Diego, CA with good credit and I was wondering how and where do I get a loan. I already know from experirence that the banks are not a good start.

Well if you were able to use my strategy you would only need 3.5%. That is one of the best parts about it in my book.
