Does anyone in Charlotte really know what this company is really all about? (Optimum Real Estate Investment). Are they like a brokerage company?

I've notice there's not to many multi-family homes around Raleigh, but with some hard research I found some around Durham. Which I believe is around a couple colleges there.

Good to know Brooks but, I heard south Raleigh has a higher crime rate. Is that true or is that false information?

Thanks for all the information everyone. I am transferring early next year from San Diego, CA to Raleigh for recruiting duty. I just got orders to Raleigh. As far as living there I am looking for good peaceful quit area. Then when it comes to investing I am wanting to invest in some rental properties. Bryan said Durham would be a great area to look into.

I like how much cheaper everything is North Carolina compared to California. I can't wait to go back to the east cost and stop paying $4.20 for gas. Carlee we'll definitely talk more.

Thanks again for all the information. I'm always all ears and hungry for this real estate. I am hoping to transition for the military to this for full time.

@ Tim Czarkowski got you, I will get on that. My other question is with the FHA loan how long will I have to live in one of the units? After I learn a lot I would like to move onto more properties with more units.

Thanks you all for the great feed back, but my problem is coming up with the 20%-30% that the banks tend to ask for.
