Subject to /Lease Option Investor Introduction

I've been meeting a whole lot of flippers and short sale investors on BP but not to many subject to/lease option investors.

I wanted to create a thread where the big subject to and lease option investors can introduce themselves and get to know each other. So if you have done several subject to or lease option please introduce yourself.. and let us know how many lease option / subject to deals you have done so far ... we can start sharing ideas, techniques and it would probably help a lot of people.
