I want to buy a house and I am short about $50k. I have a $50k credit card and I want to use it to help me buy the house. It is a flip so i should be in and out fast. 

Me and my partners make $15k a month so in a few months we can pay this off even if the house doesnt sell.

All i want to know is, how do i use a credit card to pay for the $50k.

1) Does the closing company take credit card to buy houses? Can i give them a credit card or do I have to get a cash advance. What is the best way to buy a house with a credit card... the house is like $250, we have $200 just $50k short and we have to close in 30 days ... what is the best way to do this... i dont think the escrow would take credit card.. has anyone done this before?

My credit is in the mid 700 which is pretty good, I was able to buy a house. I want to buy a used lamborghini around $100k on ebay but when i went to lambhorgini to try to get financing.. they want 50% down and high interest.. they said i never had a loan on a car... i always buy used cars straight out... i told them my credit is good enough for a house why cant i buy a car. they said i have no car credit..  I'm in southern california.. what is the cheapest way to get this loan. I dont want to take any line of credit.. i can put 10% down and pay monthly... anyone know what is the best way to get this?

I'm in los angeles california and i found out today one of my military tenant has 2 guns with him.... this is very scary for me... i still have 2 rooms to rent.. for the new people coming in can i put a clause in there for no guns? 

can i turn off the ac?

i am in california.. los angeles.. 

so we are evicting them now, they are using the ac 24 hours a day... they have not paid first month rent and the ac is on 24 hours a day. im wondering if i can just turn off the ac... will turning off the ac affect anything? the electric bill is under my name so i dont want the ac on unless they pay... i can leave electric on but i dont want the ac on... 

I was hoping to get them out faster than going through the court process which takes a long time. they were suppose to pay first month rent before i signed the lease. They did not pay, so the lease is not signed.. i didnt agree to sign the lease if they didnt pay first month rent.. 

so this couple moved in. i think they might be professional tenants. but they moved in and they did not have any credit history or anything. they gave me a story that i believed. they may be giving fake social or something but nothing came up. They gave me a deposit, and they signed the lease and they said they were going to pay the first month in a few days. I gave them the keys to bring their stuff but told them they have to pay the first month before they cna move in. they moved in anyways and did not pay first month..now they are 8 days into it and they still have not paid the first month and i have not signed the lease yet. They are not moving out saying there are issues with the house. 

Since we dont have a lease signed, and they havent paid the first month. Are they considered squatters? How can I evict them? They dont even have a lease .. so they are not legally suppose to be there right? They only paid deposit.

It wasn't a DUI, she claims she needs surgery for a little tear. The doctor says she might and with recovery and everything it might add to 200k. She was able to walk and everything but i think she is just trying to get money.
