Proof of Funds for new investor raising private money!
As a new investor who may be able to raise private funds, how would one go about providing proof of funds if asked? This would be funds from a partner or private investor (not hard money). I see a lot of people purchasing “proof of funds” but not sure if this is ethical. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
