Hi all of you smart investors.

We are developers.

We are start ups.

We have good coaches incubating us.

We have good professional teams backing us up.

We have financing institutions backing us up.

We have access to a R220 Billion property portfolio.

We have identified a 4000 square meter land.

Our strategy is to Rent to Develop to Rent.

We have a storage tenant & parking tenant.

Our development costs is R58 Million.

We are gearing it 70/30 ratio.

We need R1 933 333 million seed capital.

We looking to raise seed capital from investors.

We have no money to put down as we are start ups.

We have a few investors in mind.

In your opinion, what do you suggest we do to have them invest in us?

Driven regards

Carlo
