10 mortgages and 2 Brrr’s, next long term financing needed.

I have a client who has 10 mortgages on single family rental homes. He has 2 Brrr projects on short term interest only financing and he needs suggestions for his next long term loan. The Goal is to pay off in 20 years for retirement. The 10 mortgages are at great interest rates and they are all cash flowing so he doesn’t want to pay off or refinance any of them.

I updated the referred to post by @Patrick Daniel with the name of the lender mentioned there.  We have used her for several of our properties.

Caeli Ridge at Ridge Lending and her name is pronounced Chay-lee. She's an investor herself, and has a great perspective on mortgage sequencing, which is moving from the initial properties through to the 10 "golden tickets" or 10 conventional mortgages, and then into specialty products. They also have a first position HELOC that is an unusual product.
