Banks that offer LOC on a rental

I'm an investor from Indianapolis with one investment property so far. Looking for a LOC for this property I own free and clear. I just want a LOC because I don't have another property lined up to put the money so don't want to take it all out yet. Might be doing some rehab work with the money too and want the flexibility of a LOC.

Does anyone know any banks or credit unions offering a LOC on rentals?

Check with your local credit unions and smaller community banks. Most will do portfolio loans and are more open to credit lines on investment properties than larger banks. If you attend any Indy area REIA meetings, ask around with experienced landlords who they bank with to get some referrals.
