Cash Out Refi vs Heloc vs Both
BP faithful,
If you were early on in your investing and had the option to do a 70% LTV cash-out refi on a rental or secure a 80% LTV Heloc, which one would you choose and why? Or would you perhaps do a combination of both? The current loan rate is .03875%, presumably a cash-out refi would be around 5.5% fixed and a Heloc would be a variable rate tied to prime + 1%.
