Live In Flip funding

We just finished a live in flip & are looking for another. I don’t think we will get as lucky as we did with this one. We found someone who was moving out of town. We struck an agreement for 2 yrs with the options to sell at any time suring the contract. What are other creative ways to fund live in flips without a lot of cash down? We are trying to get move out before listing this one but most of our cash is still in this project. We do not yet have our credit polished back up from before this REjourney started.
