Looking into starting on my real estate investing journey. Was wondering if there is any advice about Canadians investing in the US, such as laws or additional costs that I may not be aware of. Would like to connect with fellow Canadians to find out how you got started, how you decided where you would invest, how you found the professionals to handle the transactions and contractors. :)
