Earning interest while seasoning funds
So I'm honing in a few properties, running numbers and preparing to get pre approved for an FHA loan for a 4-plex.
To get pre approved, I had to have some money in an account, and a family member offered to transfer it to my account to season it for a couple months.
That said, I don't like having money sitting without collecting interest and I want to help the family member that lent me the money to get a few bucks out of the deal
Is there a way to simultaneously season funds while putting them somewhere to collect interest?
