I wasn't planning to attend as I just got back from IMN, but @Andy Mirza convinced me!

I thought it was a great conference overall. Definitely a lot of value for early stage note investors as well as those interested in Eddie Speed's strategies, and some real estate strategies like seller financing a property.

From my experience, there are some events that are geared more towards mid level players in the note space, and more heavily focused on funds and large buys. But if you're a casual note investor or just getting started, there was a lot of value at Note Expo 2019!

Hello all,

I hope everyone is doing wonderful! I am currently seeking bids for a new handyman and landscaping service that is local in the Orange County area. Does anyone have any recommendations or does anyone on the forum offer such services. We have one residential property in Fullerton that will need to be serviced routinely and possibly several commercial properties that will be requiring the same services.

I am happy to connect and discuss.

Thank you BP!

George, are you buying the full tapes? Or does the fund allow you to pick through loan by loan?

I attended IMN and just got back. It was a great conference and I met a ton of really great and experienced people. The connections were fantastic, and overall it was an expensive, but good investment.

Compared to this year's PaperSource, I thought IMN was much more big league in terms of crowd/topics/ideas/meetings/etc, but PaperSource was really helpful for me to get my feet wet.

Just my 2 cents on the compare and contrast of the last note events I went to...

I'm planning on going to Note Expo in November. Anyone else going to Note Expo??

Hello BP community!

I appreciate everyone who stops by to read this discussion and thank anyone who provides any input.

I am currently searching for the best real estate bookkeepers for my business. I am currently making a checklist for services offered by each bookkeeper. What are services that are offered by top and quality bookkeepers?

Again, thank you for any and all input! It will be greatly appreciated!

Further questions:

- How frequent do you meet?

- Do you expect full tax strategy advice or are they more taking your direction?

- Should they offer projected tax returns prior to the year end so you can plan on tax saving strategies?

- What financial statements should they be providing and how often?

- Any other details I'm missing?

@Brandon Sturgill 100%. Accessibility is one the big issues I'm having now.
