Fixed Commerical Loans
Currently going through the process of getting a commercial loan. Is there anyway to get a fixed rate loan or one in which the variable is capped at a certain interest rate?

Lots of questions to point you in the right direction. What kind of property is it is the biggest one. To answer your question, fixed rates for commercial loans are out there.
