Bigger Loan?
Hey BP,
I was searching the forum and couldnt find a thread on it.
The question is can I get approved for a bigger loan on a house if I can rent it out?
Thanks

Rental income will only be considered if you can document it and if you have been receiving it for at least two years. Most conventional lenders only use 75% of the rents as income. These rules ban vary by state. What state are you in?
