Structuring Owner Financing
Hey everyone!
I've come across a potential deal with a local landlord that is sick of land-lording and is interested in releasing the 24 units he owns outright. I'm wondering what the best way to approach him about owner financing would be, what the best terms to bring him would be, and any other advice this great community could give me.
