They’re a protected class and I can attest to the whole “violent breed” nonsense being largely a farce.

Were you on a recent episode of the RPOA podcast?
Your personal credit shouldn't be a deciding factor in an unsecured BLoC. The most common form of unsecured credit would be a 0% APR business credit card with low fee or no fees for balance transfers. They'll typically require your EIN, Operating agreement, and proof of LLC good standing.

I looked into them earlier this year as an option for HML. That said, I personally don't like upfront costs when it comes to HML aside from the initial points to originate the loan.

Hey everyone! In my spare time I'm trying to find the best ways to analyze different market trends. I've tried using City-Data and some of the federal websites. Does anyone have any advice on how to best extrapolate market rental data and chart trends? Thanks!

Hey everyone! I've come across a potential deal with a local landlord that is sick of land-lording and is interested in releasing the 24 units he owns outright. I'm wondering what the best way to approach him about owner financing would be, what the best terms to bring him would be, and any other advice this great community could give me. Thanks in advance!
