I have a buyer that is under contract to buy a house for $450k. She wanted to pull an equity line out of her current house (Worth $900k and still owes $216k), and then sell her main property once she got moved into her new place. She has quite a few animals. She really doesn't want to sell her current house and then buy another as it would be difficult to find the right place and transition. Plus, she wants to be able to sell their current house without them living in it. What suggestions does everyone have? Anyone interested in a short term (6-9 months) loan?
