(Hypothetical) Are you allowed to do this?

If I wanted to get in on a deal I found, but am unable to get a bank to finance my deal, due to lack of credit. Is it possible for me to get a different investor (who banks would gladly give a loan to) get him/her to get the loan and just turn around and give it to me? I would then pay the other investor's loan payments with my cash flow as well as pay them more for taking on the risk. Would banks be ok with me working around them like this? Is this legal? Is this a stupid question? That's all I want to know.
