No money and curious about creative investing

I'm in love with real estate. I've wholesaled one sfh so far. It was really interesting and involved more  than I expected. I did  have help.

Anyways, my question is to  find out how someone with no money or valuable assets can  purchase any type of real estate? Their credit is bad.  

It does not matter what part of the country it is In. I know this is possible to do.  They will have money  coming in but not now. I'M ONLY INTERESTED IN HEARING CREATIVE ANSWERS THAT CAN POSSIBLY GET THIS PERSON INTO A PIECE OF PROPERTY TO LIVE. PLEASE DON'T SAY THIS IS DUMB AND THEY SHOULD WAIT.  I'M excited to hear creative strategies.
