Thanks, i know about resources. Also to James, you'd be surprised by high risk, dishonest tenants who have great credit or cosigner's or money up the wazoo. I know what i am. I know my capabilities. And you must of had to really be creative to get where you are. Especially by the LOU. I'll easily find an apartment. I was just hoping for a more creative, less apartmenty deal. I have more than $500. I also am good at  i do but i have children who i prioritize and I came across a bad situation. In a few months from now. I will easily be making money but life throws curve balls. Knowledge doesn't get you things though, action and help does. Just testing the Waters.

Is there any way, in Utah, to take Real Estate classes online and/or get my Real Estate license online? Are there Any FREE or more affordable OPTIONS as well? I'm open to flexibility or if needed, taking courses in different State online.

PLEASE do not ask how or why I am asking. Also, I do have children. I also have bad credit. 

I love learning and am willing to work for or learn anything from a successful investor or seasoned pro.

How can I, with little to NO money, get a rental or my own home fast ? I know there are owner financing or lease options but are there any other strategies that may be able to achieve this? I do have a job. I love learning about investment strategies.
