Looking for a Broker in Lehigh Valley, PA

Good evening everyone.

I am having some challenges getting traditional financing for my first buy and hold investment property. Hurdles that I am having trouble clearing are my newness to REI as well as my tenure at my current job (10 months)

Pros I have going for me are credit score (760-790), around $40K cash as well as access to IRA money that I have been considering switching to SDIRAs. (around $100K)

If anyone can offer some recommendations on brokers in the Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown market, it would be appreciated.  I am currently exploring multi units and SFRs...some occupied and some vacant.

Thanks for any advice!!
