Is This Possible?(home equity question)
Hey BP, long story short my wife and I own a townhouse that is free and clear. However, only her name and her mothers name are on the title of the property.
Q: Can I still tap into home equity lines of credit as a valid finance strategy, even if my name isn't on title? I read that I would maybe need my spouses approval (shouldn't be hard).
Thanks for your time and replies,
-Eric
