Good day rehabbers. Can someone explain the general process of how to Aquire a home and rehab it using hard money? Can you address these questions please: What percent of the loan do I need to come up with? Will the HM lender give me the loan to purchase the home upfront or do I need to come up with the money purchase the home myself? If I were to buy the property out of pocket... will the value of the distressed property be considered as part of the loan down payment/ collateral? Thank you!
