Business Line of Credit -- too much too soon?
I want to set up an LLC and apply for a loc but wondering if it is too soon. I do not have a first property yet but looking to buy in a few months. I just want to have the financing ready to go for purchase! Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

A new LLC is just like a "new" person.....no credit history equals no credit line. Trying to do it thru an LLC will make it harder, not easier, as it will still depend on Your credit and the LLC throws in additional restrictions (no conventional loans for one).
