I Need Help Financing Reo in Miami ,FL

First of all thank you for contributing to this topic.

I live in Miami Fl. There are a couple property's with very low LTV's I have my eye on. Here's my problem. I'm having difficulty finding a Traditional or Hardmoney lender that will work with me. Any Suggestions?
