Cash out refi

I purchased my 6th rental and I am looking for a cash out refi on it. Here is a little about my situation this will be my 5th mortgage and the total ARV is about $75,000. so I am not looking for a large mortgage amount and with it being my 5th active mortgage can someone please give me a few pointers or recommend a lending company to deal with
