Home Equity Line of Credit Loan

Hi everyone.

I am in the process of getting a home equity line of credit loan from my bank, I got a call from them yesterday stating that base on the equity that I have in my house I got approved for the amount of 70k at 4.5 APR rate. Considering that my credit score is above 800 and my yearly income is about 70 k. is this rate about right for today's market interest rates? Any inputs will be greatly appreciated, I am a newbie from Northern NJ
