I am in the process of buying a foreclosure  home in Florida, contract has been signed, home inspection has been performed and earnest money has been put down, my real estate agent has been trying to contact the seller to speed the process of paperwork for tomorrow's closing August 31, in the event that they don't answer by end of the day tomorrow, what is the next step to follow?

I purchased a property in Florida in Daytona Beach to be specific.  I received the deed a few days ago, I noticed that it says Special Warranty Deed,  can anyone tell me what is the difference between Special Warranty Deed and General Deed.

I am a new real estate investor who reside in Northern New Jersey, I a planning to start buy and hold single family homes in FL (Volusia county to be exact) I have relatives there that can assist me managing my future investments. My question is what is the estimated average cost of a home insurance for a single family in FL,? 3 bedrooms 1 bath, living room and kitchen, built 1972, 1365 sqf

Thanks Mathew, and for sure that FL taxes are way much lower than NJ. Lol I think NJ has the higher property taxes in the nation
