hi, i am in Phoenix AZ. I come across a subject2 deal where seller is willing to just walk away and leave their mortgage in place. Is there anyone know a great attorney know a lot about creative real estate investing? So attorney can protect me much better. If this attorney can close the escrow is even better. Any suggestions will be very appreciated.
