@Behrooz K. I'm sorry, I don't work in VA, I"m in MA and NH, but thank you for thinking of me.

@Antonio Cummings, there are a couple of threads on BP about DoHardMoney, do some searches for DoHardMoney.com and Do Hard Money, both.  You won't see many positive comments
