Hi Jay im Tony, i was wondering if you could give me any advice on what you would suggest the best way a person with Fair Credit to enter the real estate business. I was told wholesaling would be a good way to build capital. I was also told to research hard money lenders.

I found them online. They want you to pay $3000 up front to use all the resources and get proof of funds letters. You get $2350 back after your first deal. And the other $650 goes to your first home appraisal.

I was wondering if anyone ever delt with the company Do Hard Money. If so what do you think about them. Can you tell me about you experience?

Does anyone know anything about the company do hard money are they legit?
