Partnerships?

I've never done a deal through a partnership. Can any of you BPers recommend a good read on the ins and outs of this?

Some questions I have:

-Write up a partnership document between me and the other investor or between my LLC and another investor?

-What happens if partners disagree on what to do with the property (i.e. one wants to sell but the other wants to keep it)?

-Are the documents to enter a partnership pretty standard and a template is available or do I have to go through an attorney?

Thanks guys and gals.
