ISO $100,000 hard money for HUD home
My partner and I are looking for a hard money lender to start a business relationship with. We have a property that we would like to purchase in a historic neighborhood in the Columbus, OH east side. It will be an owner-occupant and has 5 units. We will be purchasing with hard money, combining two of the units and rezoning it as a 4 unit. Then we will refinance with an FHA loan and repay the investor.
