Does anyone have a recommendation for a portfolio lender in North Austin (Round Rock) area?  I'm looking for funding, and to build a relationship, with a local lender.

It'll be for my first rental property, but I'm self-employed and just sold my business so no W2.  Conventional route is not an option at the moment.

Thank you in advance for any recommendations you may have.
