In need of an equity partner

I hope I am posting this in the right area!

Here's my situation. At a local REI meeting I met someone who could do 100% financing for tax deed auctions. Because of this I spent 1 1/2 months doing my due diligence (title searches, checking out areas, sales figures, etc) on 72 properties going up for auction in Florida on October 5th. I got my list down to 4 properties that look good.

2 days ago my money man was told by his underwriter that they don't do 100% financing on auctions; Turns out my contact was new to the job and didn't know what he was doing.

I hate the idea of doing all that work and not even being able to try to be the max bidder on one of those properties.

So, I am looking for an equity partner. If you are interested, I can email you data, you provide the necessary funds and we do a 50/50 split when its sold. Based on sales figures I believe any of these properties will sell in 3 months or less.

It takes time to get the funds in my auction account, so if anyone is interested, please let me know ASAP.

Thanks

Mike
