GA Law regarding "subject to" and probated property
Does anyone know if GA law requires secured estate debts to be satisfied prior to sale or distribution? In other words, is it possible to make a deal with the Executor or Administrator of an estate to take over payments of a property “subject to” and still allow them to settle the estate?
Any advice or additional insights would be appreciated.
