100% financing

 Looking for help here,

I intend to acquire multifamily real estate in the near future, but currently lack any capitol for down payment funds.  How do I find a deal where an owner would give me 100% seller financing? I've made a few offers with this method of financing and so far none have been accepted. Also, as far as this type of financing, should I be looking at properties less than million?

If that's truly the route you want to go, I would look into an equity partner. A family member or friend would be ideal.
Crunch the numbers and see what will make sense moving forward.
