Someone to purchase then rent out temporarily a house

Amanda Bliss
Posted

My family and I found a perfect house for us but we do not have the credit to purchase right now. We are hoping to find someone to invest in us by purchasing the property and letting us rent it while we improve our credit so we can purchase it. We are not sure how to go about finding someone though.

@Amanda Bliss

Reach out to the property owner and see if they will rent it to you with an option to purchase it in 12-24 months. If not, ask if they will owner-finance the property to you. You could possibly pay a higher price or put down a more significant down payment, and in 2-3 years, you can refinance them out.
