Real Estate investing using an SDIRA

Hey guys, I am new (to posting, not reading) to this platform -- Just wanted to see/network with other investors who were using their SDIRAs to invest in real estate.

I'm interested to hear who you use as a custodian (any pros and cons you can provide would be great!) as well how you are investing -- fix and flip, buy and holds, etc?

My investors use their 401(k)s & SDIRAs to fund rent to own (what I call Lease Option) buyers.

I favor finding properties "Off Market" doing “Subject To” and selling on “Lease Option” for great cash flow. Such as:
