Hey all, has anyone used Preferred Trust here? They are putting on an educational webinar on the topic of SDIRAs and real estate (the title of this post) and I wanted to see what people's opinion of their company was.

I find these educational webinars to normally be pretty decent -- looking forward to it.

Hello all,

I am looking to start putting on some more free educational events (webinar style) and I am looking for SDIRA custodians, Financial advisors & Syndications who want to join me in providing free education on your particular field.

I am a real estate developer that helps investors complete real estate investments so i would be discussing different topics surrounding this genre.

Reach out and lets see if we cant work on having you be apart of something truly great for individuals looking for good educational content.

*additional note: this should be educational only and not a sales pitch of your services. Thanks!

uDirect IRA Services provides Self-Directed IRAs and Solo 401(k)s. Being the Founder & CEO, I'm definitely a fan! More fans on our Google reviews! Low fees, great service!

Appreciate the response Kaaren, I have heard good things.

 Thanks! responding now

I have used Advanta IRA for my self directed IRA (now a solo 401k), and have been very satisfied with their services.

Awesome.. thank you Joe for the feedback -- what are you using your funds to invest in (if you don't mind me asking)

Hello everyone -- I am looking for a list or recommendation for any of the following:

SDIRA Custodians

Solo 401k Trustees

Financial advisors

and Syndications

I have a few questions for these fields and wanted to see who everyone recomends (I have googled this inquiry but wanted a peer answer)

If you are one of these -- or have any recommendations of any, please feel free to comment or connect with me.

Thank you!

Hello all in the Atlanta market!

My name is Felipe and I am a rookie investor, residing in Southern CA. I am currently on the hunt for my first investment property, and am narrowing down on my first market.

I have been doing some research on Macon, GA/ Bibb County. From my research, I have come across higher crime rates than I may be comfortable with, along with old BP forums discussing this very issue.

Is there anybody who is currently having success OR experiencing difficulties in present time in the Macon, GA area?

I would appreciate any advise on this area, as well as any connections! My current goals are to buy and hold, looking for single family properties in either turn-key condition, or semi - turn-key condition. (Once I get my feet wet, I hope to start getting more into rehab properties).

Once again, thank you for any advice or connections!

Macon isnt it -- We invest heavy in the Savannah Ga area -- This is where you want to be -- lets connect and talk more if you'd like

Post: I want to househack but San Diego is too expensive... what to do?

Hi, I want to do house hacking but my job is in San Diego. It's just me and my husband, so we can afford to live in a one bed room and rent out the other rooms, whether it's in the form of attached ADU or multi family house. But the problem is it's so expensive in San Diego that the extra rent does not cover mortgage after my share of rent. For example, I am willing to pay ~3500 in rent but monthly payment turns out to be close to $8000. I am not necessarily looking for cash flow, I want longer term appreciation, but still not sure if it's worth paying more than what I would have renting. There's another area, outside California where I can invest with little cash flow with some appreciation expectation. Should I still do house hacking? Is paying more for mortgage worth it?

Are you heavy in liquate? or are monthly payments the best option for you? If you have access to liquate funds or private money loans maybe try investing outside of your market? ("Live where you want..invest where it makes money") I currently invest in the Savannah Ga market (a lot of great things happening to that economy) and don't live in that state

i'd love to connect if you have any questions or just want to conversate.

There is a saying that I love "Live where you want... Invest where it makes money" Just make sure your market is the one that works for your investment needs
