In regards to this bill passing i have been hearing about the installment method. If Anyone has had experience wholesaling a deal using this method. It would be great if you could share your experience. Thank you.

Don't overthink it, get out of your head.

Forget about market condition and interest rates for a second, What are people doing for work? Are john and Jane smith going all in on learning a high income skill? or are they working at McDonalds.

Quote from @Chris Seveney:

@Ryan Valenciano

Good chcsnce in this instance bank will call the loan even if it is reinstated and you transfer the deed as it’s clearly on their radar

 Makes sense, thanks Chris.

If he owns them out right, then consider doing the morby method, there are videos on youtube that will explain further.

Hello everyone, i am looking for some advise on a deal i am currently working on.

the original borrower has passed away, and the Son is now selling the property as it has already been through the probate process. To sons surprise his father was behind on payments and now going through pre-foreclosure.

is it possible to take over the existing financing with the father being deceased?

Monthly event ? i would be interested
